Order and Purchase
You can immediately purchase the desired photograph by accessing the link to PayPal, which can be found at the bottom of the page. You can also make a purchase if you don’t have a PayPal account. If you wish to pay by means of transferring money, or you is to purchase multiple photographs at the same time, please contact us! We will initiate fulfilling your order, upon confirmation of payment.
IMPORTANT! Please take it into consideration that printing each photo is done based on an individual order, therefore no refund can be paid, if you change your mind after your order has been processed.
Free delivery worldwide
There are no extra costs, our prices include the postal fee as well. Regarding image sizes, we won’t charge you with an extra delivery cost.
In case of ordering a bigger image, which cannot be found on the list, please contact us!
Delivery time
Depending on the size of the picture, season and the address, the delivery time may significantly differ. We hope you might consider these facts with patience, and expect to have up to 14 days of delivery time. You should especially pay attention to this, if you intend to give somebody one of our pictures as a present. Apart from some special circumstances, the delivery gets to your home within 7 days.
Package
Your order will be safely packaged. If your picture is damaged, please send an email to shop@joepetersburger.com with the description of the problem and a photo that reveals the damage properly. Then please destroy the damaged product and we will send you a new one as soon as possible. Reports about damages during delivery are only accepted within 24 hours after delivery. We have to raise your attention to the fact that every damaged print will be replaced with the same picture, in the same size, like in the original order.
Mat boards and frames
Choosing the appropriate frame is inevitable, in order to have the best experience of the purchased picture. Therefore most of the customers frame their pictures by themselves after receiving the photo. If you would like to have the picture framed, we can send it ready-made. With some extra costs, we can also offer some options. We cannot suggest this version strongly, and you also have to consider the fragility of glass during delivery. If you insist on having your photo framed, please contact us, in order to take note of your needs!
Buying pictures that are not included in our webshop
We offer a set of choices in our webshop at a certain time of the year, however, the collection changes every six months, so it is worth visiting our gallery from time to time. In addition, you can send us your unique request, if you wish to buy a picture that is not included in our gallery.
Our Instagram gallery is updated daily, so you can choose freely from those pictures as well. In case of choosing one from these pictures, we need a bit longer time to process your order. If you would like to order from these images, you can take a screenshot of the desired picture, so it will be much easier for us to identify it later.
