SPIDER BABIES

Freshly hatched garden spider babies stay together in order to reduce

individual predation risk.

Their body size is just 1-2mm and the group can consist up to 2-300 individuals! It is hard to recognize still, but they were at eye-level on the wall of our barn…

They will disappear in couple of days and start to hunt on minor insects. They will have their own web little bit later.
